twisted metal writhing with a dying aura, lights the first spark in my cavernous chest. merely a glimmer of the unobtainable, a flash that sinks my stomach deeper than ever before. for the thunder that follows bellows the news that connection must always decompose. we must split into infinitely many, until we are nothing. knowing no permanence but seclusion.

this life is but soil for vacant corpses. I was born to walk amongst the dead, looking through glass to the world of spirits. should I wither let me join them at last. I will join you at last, rip back the veil & become one.

the vines will swallow what they said would last forever. in the overgrowth lies destiny, suffocator of love. her toxic decree, all that breathes is meant to be forgotten. she gouges the eyes that stopped time, fed to the abyss of memory. with a taste of her sacred knowledge, death grows only sweeter.
